Two offspring of the aristocracy, Félix Saturnino de Álzaga Unzué, 31, and Elena Peña Unzué, 24, were married with all pomp and ceremony in the Church of St. Augustine. As corresponding to a wedding of that rank, the couple received innumerable gifts. But nothing was like the gift of the groom that he gave to his new wife: a superb palace a few meters from the exclusive Avenue Alvear, in the neighborhood of Retiro, which to this day still surprises many by its noble Porte. Growth remains lackluster in the third quarter amid conflicting dynamics
December 5, 2018 - A preliminary estimate revealed that growth in the Latin American economy was unchanged in the third quarter, as uneven dynamics across economies kept activity moderate. FocusEconomics estimates that regional GDP growth (excluding Venezuela) came in at 1.6% year-on-year, matching the second quarter’s reading and one of the worst results seen in the past year and a half. A less favorable external backdrop and political noise likely held back growth, despite an improving labor market... Mexico Airport: Default, Investor Confidence Loss Forget the honeymoon period normally granted to new presidents. Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador hasn’t even assumed Mexico’s presidency yet and has already ruined his relationship with local and foreign investors.
